★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé tres veces equipo con el señor Bárcenas, pero a la tercera me perdió el cargador de una computadora de escritorio. A cambio, me dio un cargador de una laptop que ni siquiera es de la marca de la mía. Ni cómo reclamar porque no da nota de remisión. Les pedí a los dos que trabajan ahí que lo buscaran entre la gran cantidad de cosas arrumbadas que tienen y dijeron que no. Pésima experiencia.
I took equipment with Mr. Bárcenas three times, but the third time he lost the charger of a desktop computer. In exchange, he gave me a charger for a laptop that isn't even the brand of mine. Nor how to claim because it does not give a referral note. I asked the two who work there to look for it among the large number of things they have thrown away and they said no. Terrible experience.

El seguimiento también, me hablaron el mismo día que lo dejé que ya había quedado y que no iba a ser tan cara la reparación. Altamente recomendable ? (Solamente no hacen milagros con equipos demasiado dañados y creo que es lógico)
The service from Chino was incredible, they gave me a lot of confidence and the team was running like new the next day! The follow-up also, they spoke to me the same day I left it that it had already been arranged and that the repair would not be so expensive. Highly recommended ? (They only do not work miracles with equipment that is too damaged and I think it is logical)
