Antes me gustaba mucho, ya que mi hijo siempre podía encontrar lo que quería, eso sí, tienen mucha variedad y casi todos los juegos que tienen las tiendas en las consolas, además de algunas figuras coleccionables, peluches, llaveros, etc. La compañía tampoco es muy amigable cuando hay un problema, se pusieron muy a la defensiva cuando traté de cambiar un disco que me vino rayado, dijeron que había sido mi culpa y que no había manera de que me lo vendieran así. No pedí mi dinero, si no un cambio, pero se negaron. Fue decepcionante, pero esto demuestra que no les interesan mucho sus clientes ya que solo somos unos de los miles que tienen. Suena un poco negativo, pero la verdad no pierdan su tiempo ni su dinero ahí, hasta sale más barato pedir mucha de la mercancía que tienen por internet...
