★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si bien la tienda esta limpia y ordenda como todo game planet honestamente hoy en dia ya no hay motivo para ir el 95% de la mercancia que venden está mucho mas barata en cualquier sitio en linea como amazon la diferencia de precios es ridicula si compras en amazon te ahorras de 20%-40% por la misma mercancia juegos etc y con mejor gatantia en la mayoria de los casos
Although the store is clean and tidy like all game planet honestly today there is no reason to go 95% of the merchandise they sell is much cheaper anywhere online like amazon the price difference is ridiculous if you buy in amazon you save 20% -40% for the same merchandise, games etc and with better gatantia in most cases

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, I got a "gamer controller" for ps4 of course is not the official ps4 dual shock, but I got it because it has 2 extra triggers that I wanted to try out.
The moment I plugged it in my ps4 I noticed that wasn't going to work but I decided to give it a chance. I had to change controllers in the middle of a warzone match because it has drift and it do not react as it supposed to.
I went back to game planet the very next day literally 20 hrs after the purchase and they tell me that I have to show proof of the error with a 10+ sec. Video I explained that I love alone and is hard to take video of the controller and the TV at the same time while playing, and I didn't wanted my money back only to payoff the difference for a dual shock. And they response was "well you'll heve to figure it out" then I said "just plug it in any ps4 so you can see that is not working properly" they said "sorry we don't have any ps4" you'll have to go back home and do it yourself.
Even the manager's answer was the same. Rest assure I didn't sign in any form accepring terms and conditions for my 90 days guarantee to be applied.
I've been in other game planets before in Chicago and the kids service is great. It's so bad that a corporate like them can't help and make the customer work for a simple process like a change of a product that's not working.
I give 1 star only because can't give any less.
