Las políticas de cambio o devolución son absurdas, abusan del consumidor, roban tus regalos de preventa y jamás respetan tus juegos que has apartado (para el día de lanzamiento) y se escudan diciendo que eran “unidades limitadas” Jamás te reembolsan el dinero de algo que ellos cancelan y por supuesto se lo roban, cómo? Fácil, te dan un crédito por la misma cantidad de dinero que caducan en pocas horas, si no lo usas en su margen de tiempo pierdes el dinero . Jamás compren nada aquí Bad attention, bad attitude of the employees, they give you a pittance if you want to sell a game. The exchange or return policies are absurd, they abuse the consumer, they steal your pre-sale gifts and they never respect your games that you have set aside (for the launch day) and they hide behind saying that they were "limited units" They never refund the money for something that they cancel and of course they steal it, how? Lo curioso es que dos dias despues me llego la cancelacion por parte de LA MISMA TIENDA, es neta?, no es de ahuevo trabajar si no quieren, de que sirve el sistema de apartado entonces? quien sea el gerente deberia estar al tiro, estos weyes nomas no hacen nada Opinion anterior: No suelo comprar aqui ya que Amazon da mejores precios pero tuve que hacer mi preventa de Horizon aqui.
