 They simply DO NOT WORK for a New Release game. I had a bad experience with TLOU2: I did my presale since December and the game did not arrive on time, nobody can give you information and it takes 1 week to arrive and until I went to the branch I knew they already had it. DO NOT PRE-SALES with them
