★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es pésimo al igual que su propaganda engañosa, he realizado varias compras en línea de ediciones deluxe y nunca me llegan completas, siempre les falta algo de lo que anuncian.
El último encargó que realice por preventa fue final fantasy VII y este llegó con la el paquete deluxe y un póster todo maltratado solo por no querer comprar una caja más grande y mandarlo bien.
En su propagan dicen que en la preventa viene una caja metálica con llave coleccionable y como siempre vuelven a estafar al cliente con su "publicidad engañosa".
Esperemos sea la última vez.....
No estoy pagando por una edición estándar y si los tratos son así mejor compro directo a Playstation.
The service is lousy as is its misleading advertising, I have made several online purchases of deluxe editions and they never reach me complete, they always lack something of what they advertise.
The last one he commissioned to pre-order was Final Fantasy VII and this one came with the Deluxe Package and a poster all battered just for not wanting to buy a bigger box and send it well.
In their advertisement they say that in the pre-sale comes a metal box with a collectible key and as always they defraud the customer with their "misleading advertising".

I am not paying for a standard edition and if the deals are like this I better buy direct to Playstation.

If you don't want to lose your money, don't buy here. You get a defective product and they are not responsible, they start looking for a way not to respond to you. Zero empathy from employees.
