★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención de los que laboran ahí. Les falta más promociones o rebajas a los productos pero ese ya es tema la tienda. Algunos precios se me hacen elevados pero encuentras cosas si tienes suerte que en otros lados no vas a ver tan fácilmente.
 Excellent attention from those who work there. They lack more promotions or discounts on the products but that is already the store's theme. Some prices are high but you find things if you are lucky that you will not see so easily elsewhere.

Recomiendo este lugar, quizás puede ser más caro que ir al centro en la friki plaza pero por la variedad de sucursales creo está la hace una opción a considerarse. El personal atento, accesible y amable.
Excellent place to buy video games, this time I went to sell a game of Nintendo switch to buy me the Zelda breath of the wild. I recommend this place, maybe it can be more expensive than going to the center in the geek square but for the variety of branches I think this makes it an option to be considered. The staff attentive, accessible and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen una pésima atención y no creo que sea solo culpa del o los empleados, sino del ambiente que genera la cadena GP, he visitado diversas sucursales en el País y en ésta Ciudad por mucho son las peores en trato, es preferible y recomendable por mucho CEX (a pesar de lo caciques que pueden llegar a ser, pues hay trato y atención al cliente o posible cliente).
They have terrible service and I don't think it's just the fault of the employee or employees, but of the environment generated by the GP chain, I have visited various branches in the country and in this city they are by far the worst in terms of treatment, it is preferable and highly recommended CEX (despite how caciques they can become, because there is treatment and attention to the client or potential client).
