Mi hijo había ahorrado para comprar su juego y llegamos y ya no costaba lo que estaba etiquetado!!! Ojalá profeco les haga algo

Fast and efficient service but the attitude of the employees leaves much to be desired I would only go for a specific promotion there to enter to browse I would not enter because of its staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio iba a comprar comprar unos paquetes de cartas de pokemon los cuales constaban 500 c/u la persona que nos atendió salio conque mágicamente acababan de cambiar de precio a 1000 cada uno y retiro la etiqueta del precio justo cuando íbamos a pagar algo que nunca me habia pasado en esta sucursal
Bad service I was going to buy some packs of pokemon cards which consisted of 500 each, the person who attended us came out so that magically they had just changed the price to 1000 each and I removed the price tag just when we were going to pay something that we had never It had happened to me in this branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No puede ser que un producto recién salido tenga una etiqueta con un precio, llegues a la caja a menos de 1 metro. Lo escaneen y aparece con ese precio y de repente desaparezca y ya en la otra pantalla del cajero a el le aparezca un precio más alto y no lo puedas ver en la pantalla de afuera y solo te diga que justo en ese momento subieron el precio al doble de lo que tenía marcado. Esto fue con las Tcg de pokemon de Glaceon y Leafeon.
It cannot be that a product that has just come out has a label with a price, if you reach the checkout less than 1 meter away. They scan it and it appears with that price and suddenly it disappears and already on the other screen of the cashier a higher price appears and you cannot see it on the outside screen and it only tells you that just at that moment they raised the price to the double what was marked. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio estuve ahí el día 2 de enero 2022 alas 17:15 compre un nintendo el chavo que me atendió no tenia ganas de vender le pregunte sobre el tipo de consolas como funcionan y que ventajas me da una sobre otra y solo se limitó a decir esa esta bien no fue bueno para recomendar un juego por favor pongan a alguien que en verdad le guste atender y recomendar juegos primera y última vez que compro en esta sucursal
Terrible service I was there on January 2, 2022 at 5:15 p.m. I bought a Nintendo the guy who attended me did not want to sell I asked him about the type of consoles how they work and what advantages one gives me over another and he only limited himself to saying that is good it was not good to recommend a game please put someone who really likes to attend and recommend games the first and last time I buy in this branch
