★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, día del niño inflan los precios hasta 400 pesos más por juego, no cambian etiquetas del precio del videojuego,le pregunte amablemente a la cajera y me respondió prepotentemente que así lo marca el sistema que si lo quería llevar o no una actitud muy mala, le dije que no era forma de decirme las cosas y mas se molesto me dijo que no era su culpa que era de la empresa eso lo se pero la.actitud estava mal el encargado de la tienda tuvo que calmarla y ofrecio disculpas por su actitud, solo por que estaba mi hijo compre el videojuego.
Game planet por favor actualicen los precios en físico para evitar malos tratos del personal por no avisar cambios y reetiquetado.
Terrible service, children's day they inflate prices up to 400 pesos more per game, they do not change video game price tags, I kindly asked the cashier and she replied arrogantly that this is how the system marks it, that if I wanted to take it or not, a very bad, I told her that it was not the way to tell me things and more she was annoyed she told me that it was not her fault that it was from the company I know that but the attitude was wrong the store manager had to calm her down and apologized for her attitude, just because my son was there I bought the video game.
Game planet please update physical prices to avoid mistreatment of staff for not notifying changes and relabeling.
