★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en preventas, pedí elden ring y fui a recogerlo y me dijeron que no les habían llegado, en cuanto a la atención está bien pero lo demás deja mucho que desear.
Terrible pre-sales service, I asked for the elden ring and went to pick it up and they told me that they had not received it, as for the attention it is fine but the rest leaves much to be desired.
