★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si compras en preventa siempre tienen excusas para no darte tu producto o tu videojuego el día del lanzamiento, además de que siempre se excusan con que es su sistema y no es culpa del empleado siendo que ellos debes ser capacitados para dar soluciones rápidas, mala experiencia no compren en preventa ni por internet, no es la primera vez que hacen esto, ahora fucionados con Gameplanet es el mismo cuento chino del sistema y que no lo van a resolver hasta la próxima semana y así dando largas hasta que pase un mes o hasta que les regales tu dinero, lo mismo paso con la sucursal del centro de Cuernavaca por eso cierran por qué no saben dar un buen servicio y aceptar sus responsabilidades.
