★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena tienda en cuestión de surtido, lo malo es el pésimo servicio, una actitud pedante de los trabajadores, actúan como si te hicieran un favor, y el precio de los juegos usados es ridículo, es prácticamente el mismo de los nuevos, solo con una diferencia de 50 o 20 pesos, si vas por juegos nuevos, no usados, y no te importa mucho como te atienden, es la opción.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qué mal atención tienen en esta sucursal cortijo Ixtapaluca diciendo groserías enfrente de los clientes,te atienden de forma muy indiferente al realizar tu compra no te indican si tienes garantía y cuento tiempo si necesitas otra cosa o artículo,se que son jóvenes los que atienden pero eso no significa mala atención para el cliente ,espero NUNCA volver !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo lugar el dia de ayer el personal que trabaja ahi, corrieron a una parejita que estaban entrando alegando que si no iban a comprar que no entraran y de mal genio les dijieron esto es indignante como cliente y mas porque hay veces que uno va a ver primero y despues compra al siguiente dia espero y corrijan esto porque en ninguna tienda dicen estas cosas??

Una es la oferta de la semana que muchas veces puede ser un juego reciente y el precio está genial puede variar más si tienen algún descuento adicional. Y la otra aun que puede salir cara , te dan un garantía a sus consolas por un precio adicional. Aún que tienes la garantía de las co solas con la marca no siempre te cubre cualquier cosa y la garantía de gamers por ejemplo incluye hasta variación de voltaje. De ahí en fuera es raro que manejen meses sin intereses por ejemplo.
