★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, al querer comprar no tenían cambio, además el cajero simplemente no sé digno a tratar de buscar opciones para completar la venta, si yo no hubiera querido tanto el juego ese día ellos hubieran perdido una venta.
Creo que deben hablar con sus empleados y capacitarlos en un curso de atención al cliente.
Ellos simplemente se creen que saben mucho. A mí parecer el perfil de puesto esta mal por parte de RH. Deberían concentrarse en gente que sepa atender un negocio no en pseudo universitarios que tratan mal a la gente.

I think they should talk to their employees and train them in a customer service course.
They just think they know a lot. It seems to me that the job profile is wrong from HR. They should focus on people who know how to run a business, not pseudo-college students who treat people badly.
