★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El vendedor de “morado” nos cobro un producto con tarjeta , no funciono su sistema , por seguridad le pedí que me diera un comprobante de que fue rechazado, no me ofreció nada y ponía puras excusas. Al final se puso altanero y egocéntrico, me dijo “creo que no entiendes lo que digo” como si yo tuviera la culpa de que no sabe usar su propio sistema.
Pésima atención, ofrecen promociones que ni existen, ahora tengo miedo de que mi tarjeta de crédito haya tenido un cargo solo por que esa persona no sabe hacer su trabajo y peor se pone en una actitud de saberlo todo.
The seller of "purple" charged us a product with a card, his system did not work, for security reasons I asked him to give me proof that it was rejected, he did not offer me anything and made pure excuses. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, en la sucursal de parque tezontle no me querían atender, tuve que ir a pedir ayuda a mostrador. Pregunté por un control de Nintendo switch y me trataron como si yo fuera una ignorante, no sé si por ser mujer treintona piensan que no soy gamer jaja. Les pregunté de la diferencia entre dos controles y el que me atendió estaba necio que no era inalámbrico hasta que le dije: ahí dice wireless, significa sin cable y yo sólo se excusó que no sabía porque no los había probado. Nadie me supo atender.
Terrible service, at the Parque Tezontle branch they didn't want to attend to me, I had to go and ask for help at the counter. I asked for a Nintendo switch control and they treated me as if I were ignorant, I don't know if because I'm a woman in my thirties they think I'm not a gamer haha. I asked them about the difference between two controls and the one who attended me was stupid that it was not wireless until I told him: it says wireless, it means without cable and I only excused that I did not know because I had not tried them. Nobody knew how to attend to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio y atención al cliente, parece que llegaron chicos nuevos que son muy atentos, sobre todo la gerente, responden tus dudas sin ser groseros o payasos como en otras tiendas. Normalmente está muy limpia, ordenada y surtida, ideal para comprar un regalo ya que puedes encontrar desde consolas, juegos físicos para todas las consolas actuales, juegos de mesa, ropa, souvenirs con temática de videojuegos o series de TV. Me gustó porque a veces tienen descuentos muy buenos, me lleve unos audífonos para jugar a muy bien precio pero también tiene micrófonos para hacer podcast por ejemplo. La tienda es bonita y tienen muuuuchos funkos, algunos edición limitada. Es donde ahora voy a comprar mis juegos. Recomendada
