★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal poco cortés, su sección de "liquidación" es un estante con productos dañados o sucios al mismo precio que los nuevos. Existen varios problemas con las garantías, inclusive tiene letreros de suspensión de la PROFECO. Poco confiable.
 Uncivil staff, your "clearance" section is a shelf of damaged or dirty products at the same price as new. There are several problems with the guarantees, it even has suspension signs from PROFECO. Unreliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo normal nada mas que al entrar siempre andas trayendo a alguien del personal atrás de ti y ponen bastante incomodo, literal un empleado te anda siguiendo desde que entras a la tienda hasta que sales, ni dejarte ver la mercancía a gusto te dejan. Si tanto miedo a que les roben algo mejor que pongan mejores cámaras y te vigilen desde su monitor así por lo menos no te incomodan
All normal, nothing more than when you enter you are always bringing someone from the staff behind you and they make you quite uncomfortable, literally an employee is following you from the moment you enter the store until you leave, or letting you see the merchandise at ease they leave you. If you are so afraid of being robbed of something better than to put better cameras and watch you from your monitor so at least they do not bother you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo trato de los empleados, se creen dueños de los juegos y de la tienda, te arrebatan los juegos, si los acomodas mal los azotan como para que veas como se acomodan, si llevas bolsas te andan checando como si fueras a salir corriendo con un juego, nunca vuelvo a comprar ahí.
Terrible treatment of the employees, they think they own the games and the store, they take the games from you, if you put them wrong they whip them so you can see how they fit, if you carry bags they check you as if you were going to run away with a game, I will never buy there again.
