★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno de los mejores lugares si quieres jugar Pump, cuentan con versiones actualizadas y gabinetes bien cuidados y sensores en perfectas condiciones, hay ocasiones en las que hay promociones, tiene vestidor, toallitas y agua :), también venden AM.PASS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, parece que no tienen idea de lo que es el servicio y atención al cliente. Si bien ya visualize el mapa de ubicación, no sé cómo llegar ahí.
En lugar de que los administradores de la página de Facebook ayuden con indicaciones sobre como llegar, o ayuden proporcionando las rutas de autobuses, o el metro más cercano, se ponen en un plan "mamón".
Ya me imagino que tipo de atención me darían a mi o a cualquier persona que les pida algo en el local.
Bad service, it seems they have no idea what service and customer service is. While I already visualized the location map, I don't know how to get there.
Instead of helping the administrators of the Facebook page help with directions on how to get there, or help by providing the bus routes, or the nearest subway, they put themselves in a "mamón" plan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando llegas no te explican como es la renta de los muebles de la Pump it up, te acomodan en el tapete más feo, sí no rentas los muebles grandes no puedes disfrutar mucho, ya que éstos son los que mejor funcionan.

Me contactaron por Facebook y su respuesta fue muy hostil, me insultaron y no resolvieron mi problema. Por favor no se quejen del mal funcionamiento de los tapetes, el trato al cliente es pésimo, sí solicite el cambio de máquina y no me lo hicieron.
When you arrive they do not explain how the rent of the Pump it up furniture is, they accommodate you on the ugliest mat, if you do not rent the large furniture you can not enjoy much, since these are the ones that work best.

They contacted me on Facebook and their response was very hostile, they insulted me and they did not solve my problem. Please do not complain about the malfunctioning of the mats, the customer service is lousy, yes I requested the change of machine and they did not do it to me.
