The worst hotel ever, attitude as a socio they treat you like trash, and very racist hotel we all black and they made our stay horrible, all the whites we're treated superior, hate this hotel all bkacks stay away

The staff was rude. They sold us a tour to the island and they made us wait 2 hours to get on the boat. It was my childs birthday. It was terrible. Then, on the way back someone fell off the boat. I had to ask the staff 5 times for help to open the little kitchen in our room over 3 days. The reception was rude. The internet was bad. The pool was nice.

Amazing experience there, everyone was very friendly, rooms are clean room service 24 hours. Wonderful views spectacular Sundowns. They have a buffet from 7 a.m. to 12 you could have that included with your room. Also the downside to ordering drinks make sure you go over they will overcharge you if they can 4 stuff you didn't order. Otherwise the whole experience was amazing.

The hotel is pretty good, the service is great and the rooms are very nice. Your needs are thoroughly catered to and everywhere I went I felt welcomed. The view from my room is great, although a bit cut off, but in my opinion that's fine because I can still hear and see the ocean. The hotel has a pool and has an entrance right onto the beach, wear your sandals though, the sand can get pretty hot! The waves are very nice and they have safety ropes that you can grip onto if it's your first time, plus, there are plenty of places where you can pool items and bathing suits, all for pretty great prices. Room service is okay, but I didn't ask for much of it anyway, so overall it wasn't too bad. As my first time in Acapulco, I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay than the Copacabana, for not only is it cheap, but it's an amazing experience and I will most definitely find myself coming here again.

The time here was great! We enjoyed the hotel and the service very much. Because the pool is really full all the time, it would be great to close it at 8pm for kids and leave it open until 11pm for adults. That way one could enjoy the evening with a cocktail in the pool. Everything else was amazing! Especially the security that watched our things when we were on the beach and in the ocean. Thank you! We'll come again!

Great hotel, very clean and it has very nice amenities. I don't know why anyone would think Punta Diamante is a better beach!

Hotel staff including some of the security guards need to be though customer service, if they are so unhappy working at this hotel, get a different job. I had to get the hotel manager involved since I arrive at the hotel because of their horrible customer service. NEVER AGAIN!

When we first arrived, nobody asked to help out with all our stuff in to the hotel, the security man told us we couldn't bring a small cooler inside. I told him my uncle has diabetes and need it his medication to be cold all the time since this rooms do not haverefrigerator. Finally I had to go to the front desk to explain.at first he guy said no. But after I told him how come I can't bring something to my own room I am paying for, Finally he said okay. So not the best welcome for Us!
