The Gamma Cuernavaca Puerta Paraiso hotel offers a very good service, restaurant that serves very good food. You can feel somehow like at home. The Staff is Professional and fast to reply for any request. Recommended for family or business trips, groups and meetings. Located at one of the main streets of Cuernavaca City. Cuernavaca is also known as "spring city" due to its beautiful weather all year around.

Decent little hotel, deserves a 3* hotel rating, nice pool área, breakfast and general food very good, rooms well kept if not particularly modern. Decent price. Why you'd want to go to Cuernavaca is another reason, but if you're there, you could do far worse than stay here.

Customer service is appalling, I was looking forward this weekend for a nice treat upgrading my reservation to a luxury king size room, instead of booking a normal room at another hotel as I was heading for a wedding. Instead of that when I check in looking forward my room I notice that they changed the number of the room and when I asked if there was something wrong and why they change my room form clearly the room of the reservation they lied to my face telling me that was just an internal change. To my surprise when the bellboy took me to the room it was the lesser room that I didn’t want, cheaper, with two beds instead of the Luxury king size room that I had reserved. I went to the reception to look into the confusion and the first thing they said to me, was that I was wrong and that I had reserved that room, yet another lie. Finally, after half hour of showing them my reservation with the correct room they told me that they had a system shut down and my room was rearrange into that other, that they didn’t have any space and effortless and without any inch of attention, that there was nothing they could do. I was absolutely disappointed on the customer service or the lack of it, the hotel was ok and the rooms are nice, although I did felt being rip off and lied to; it is not worth from that experience being treat as a liar and not even making an effort to try to make up for something I paid and they gave me just the room that I didn’t want in the first place and pay more for the upgrade.

Very nice hotel with an amazing pool. The rooms are very clean and our basic room even had a terace so we could relax outside. Easy to communicate with staff both in Spanish / English. Its quite distant from the city center but there are always many taxis to get you from/to the hotel.

I only liked the location and the service. The bathroom was dirty, the shower curtain was not the accurate size of the shower, the shower wasn't working very well and the AC had a weird sound, the pictures on the site were not even close of the actual hotel rooms. And the pool had mold.

It's nothing special. For the price, it's okay service. The food at the restaurant is a bit overpriced and doesn't have much flavor. The pool is big and great for kids on vacation. The staff was very friendly and attentive, especially in serving drinks by the pool. The rooms could use a little makeover...a little depressing style interior.

It was good, but they need to invest on shower heads the pebble rocks are pretty but hurt the feet when standing on them Restaurant was good overall , the staff was very friendly

Don't go to this hotel,I booked a pool view 2 months in advance, when I got there they were fully booked,and give me a room at the end of the building,the thing is they don't have any room with pool view in the entire hotel, really bad experience.
