The hotel is wonderful, it has a good location in the city, rooms are so comfortable and clean, and services are good, a five star hotel.

Room is large and clean, but aged. Staff is nice and the restaurant is decent. A bit pricey overall.

I went to a party and the service was pretty good, all the waiters where kind and good at their work, as well as the salon was pretty confortable and huge.

Everything was great except The air conditioner in the rooms is not strong enough and it gets hot, their pool which they say is heated is cold and in their buffet the lady who cooks everything on the spot doesnt even get normal tips, they just give her 100 pesos for the whole week of tips

This hotel is a great one, it is located in one of the most important avenues of the city, right next to a superstore, the rooms are beautiful and comfortables, the attendants are very polite and the restaurant is delicious, the only thing i think they should improve is the number of channels available on the tv but one usually don't go to a hotel to watch it anyway.

Great service! Clean, the receptionist are kind, rooms are decent, nothing to fancy. Well that opinion is from the simple room, maybe the expensive ones may fill your expectations, the gym is not to big, but you can make your workout fine, pool is fine, restaurant is fine too, the place is very cozy, perfect for business man, and family too!

Went for a wedding. The wedding itself was nice but the cleanliness of the hotel is seriously lacking. My sister found bed bugs in her room, we found remnants of bedbugs (marks they leave behind) in ours, so look out before settling in. Beds were just okay and the fan in our washroom constantly brought in a terrible smell. During the wedding itself, we found that 4 out of the 8 plates on our table were dirty. Staff were quick to change if asked. The service was hit or miss, we had one server that was very friendly and always on top of it and another that got every order wrong and was forgetful. Food was mediocre but the party itself was great. I don't know if breakfast was supposed to be included (I understood that it was from the Expedia page) but the front desk did not warn me even though I asked her if I could have my breakfast after check out, so after I ate the waiter asked for my ticket that I never recieved and then I had to pay anyway because I was in a rush and didn't have time to wait while they sorted out the miscommunication with the front desk. The pool was nice though.
