Extremely happy with our stay. Hotel rooms are modern and clean. Staff is friendly specially Lupe who helped us with our luggage. The restaurant is very good.

Nice hotel.. Good parking space.. spacious rooms but i didn't like the bathrooms as they are so small and not maintained well. Breakfast is awesome.. good pool to chill out with couple of beers. cheers ?

Expensive poor room only two towels, I'm not recommended The price $1485,00 pesos not worth it.

The rooms are old and could be cleaned better. The front desk staff needs much to be desired when it comes to customer service. Our room was booked for 4 people however we only got 2 towels. When I called the front desk to request 2 towels we were told there would be a charge of $30.00 (after they questioned me for minutes on why we need more towels). For $30 you can buy 4 towels at the close by Walmart. What you should know: 1) All 3 buildings were made on different decades so unless you stay at the same building as the reception you will get outdated room. 2) Breakfast is only included during off season, don't expect this in the summer. 3) You will only get toiletries for 2 people regardless of how many people you booked your room for. 4) The pool water is not cold/refreshing but warm. Closer to jacuzzi water. 5) Parking is limited! 6) The front desk is rude!! Approach with caution ⚠️ Also 4.3 stars on this Hotel is deceiving because most reviews are for the restaurant right next door which is delicious by the way!

Francisco at front desk has been a really bad guest service. He kept changing prices and details, he was not helpful at all and waited over 45 minutes.

Hotel is outdated. Noise bathroom extractor. Photos make the rooms look better than what it is. The buffet breakfast was clean and good.

Just had the breakfast buffet for Mother's day and the line was very long, but tge food was excellent. The omelet station was very slow with only one person cooking. On days like this that station should have been bigger.
