★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably one of the few "modern" hotels that exist in Morelia. It is a good place to stay if you are there for business or a few days. The hotel definitely needs to work on cleanliness of rooms and renovation of amenities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd would give this hotel a 4.5. A little deduction for the hot water isnt that hot and they have no USB ports in the room. On the GREAT side price is awesome location is wo derful and the people very friendly. Rooms are spacious and well decorated. As I enjoy the city of Morelia I would return to this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liked the free flavored water. Changed threw out day. Cucumber etc. Problem is they are going through renovations in fact the name just changed. I just didn't appreciate the noise or awkward small chair or recliner. Could give them a opportunity. Parking and location good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente staff, when I arrive they welcome me and took my luggage receptionist was very nice and inform of what they could help me with my needs. Room service, and also if I wanted to eat in their restaurant.. room was clean nice size room, quite, it what I needed. Did not try their restaurant for this time. I just wanted to know around.. next time I try it...and thank you and your staff to make my stay excellent..?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It wasn't the cleanest. But there were no cockroaches and that's all I asked for. TV and heat did not work. Housekeeping did a good job cleaning, minus some left over hairs in the sink. Maybe possibly would be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, updated rooms, and modern ammenities. Best curved smart tv, best personal HVAC. Shower clean and spacious as well as the bathroos. Plenty of storage space. Gym and family friendly. Has room service and a restaurant next door that delivers. I was disappointed by the restaurant food but the Hotel breakfast was excellent. Convenient location and central to a few shopping areas. Staff was attentive and helped with all questions big or small. Would come here again. Bed was comfortable and the view was good as well.
