Os detallo: llegamos a San cristóbal el día 12 de abril a las 23h, al llegar al hotel el chico de la recepción nos indica que no tienen ninguna reserva y que el hotel está lleno, le indico que si que tenemos una reserva hecha en la propia página de su hotel y con número de reserva 140971 y que además y para más INRI nos hemos intercambiado muchos mensajes a lo largo de los 2 últimos meses (tengo prueba de todo esto que os detallo mensajes para preguntarles por excursiones, por el traslado de tuxla gutierrez a san cristóbal etc) tras todas estas evidencias el chico busca en el correo del hotel y me dice que si que está toda esta información pero que no les ha saltado mi reserva y me vuelve a indicar que está el hotel lleno no nos da ninguna alternativa y nos deja TIRADOS en la calle a las 23:30h. Tenemos varios tours contratados con la dirección de ese hotel y se nos han arruinado las vacaciones gracias a ellos, no os recomiendo bajo ningún concepto reservar en este lugar ya hemos viajado por muchos países y hemos estado en muchos otros hoteles y es la primera vez que me pasa esto y es algo por lo que no quiero que pase nadie Please anyone who is going to make a reservation with this hotel to read this review before and stop to think if it is convenient for them to spend the worst time of their vacation like us. I will detail: we arrived in San Cristóbal on April 12 at 11 p.m., upon arrival at the hotel the guy at the reception tells us that they do not have any reservations and that the hotel is full, I tell him that we do have a reservation made in the own page of your hotel and with reservation number 140971 and that in addition and for more INRI we have exchanged many messages over the last 2 months (I have proof of all this that I detail messages to ask you about excursions, about the transfer of tuxla gutierrez to san cristóbal etc) after all this evidence the boy looks in the hotel mail and tells me that all this information is there but that my reservation hasn't been missed and he tells me again that the hotel is full he doesn't give us no alternative and leaves us THROWN in the street at 11:30 p.m. We have several tours contracted with the management of that hotel and our vacations have been ruined thanks to them, I do not recommend under any circumstances to book in this place since we have traveled to many countries and we have been in many other hotels and it is the first time that This happens to me and it's something I don't want anyone to go through

The crew working there is amazing, they help you with everything they can and give you advice on places to visit while you're in chiapas, and even all of Mexico. they offer tours, and shuttles to certain places in Guatemala. they also give you a key to the main entrance so you can go in and out at any time.

Reception is only open till 10pm but they will give you a key to front door so it will not be a problem. I got there at 11pm and I was late for check in and I couldn't find the address too. I called them and they were kind enough to pick me up at the corner and check me in. There is wifi and shared bathrooms.

A nice touch are the rooms for yoga and meditation that you can use whenever you want to. Breakfast was good, everything you need in the morning. The staff are super kind, welcoming, professional and warm hearted. The bed was honestly the most comfortable bed I have slept in in my life! Like sleeping on a cloud. If you want some quiet and a place to recharge and feel at home, look no further :)
