★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a hacerme una nanoplastia, confiaba en el lugar porque ya me había hecho pestañas ahí y todo súper bien, pero con la nano me llevé una muy mala experiencia, comenzó a hacerme el procedimiento una chica, como a los 10 mns llegó otra claramente inexperta que terminó de ponerme el producto, lo hizo mal obviamente, la primera regresó al final para checar y medio arregló la aplicación, luego me secaron el cabello y todo bien (cabe mencionar que también me lo empezó a secar otra señora, o sea en total metieron mano 3 personas), me plancharon el cabello y supuestamente quedó bien, hasta el día siguiente que me lavé el cabello (ya pasadas las 24 hrs y sin agarrarme el cabello para nada) y me quedó así (foto de abajo) ni siquiera se alació un 50%, me quedó prácticamente igual que como lo traía. Reclamé y me dieron la solución de garantía, o sea volver a hacerme el alaciado, pero yo ya con la desconfianza por claras razones no quise, pedí reembolso y primero me dijeron que si, se cruzó el fin de semana y no recibí respuesta, hasta el lunes siguiente y me dijeron que no hacían reembolsos, solamente la garantía. Así que ahora me quedé con el cabello feo y sin recuperar mi dinero, no recomiendo para nada ir ahí para hacerte procedimientos en el cabello
I went to have a nanoplasty, I trusted the place because I had already had my eyelashes done there and everything was great, but with the nano I had a very bad experience, a girl started doing the procedure on me, about 10 minutes later another clearly inexperienced one arrived who finished applying the product, she obviously did it wrong, the first one came back at the end to check and half fixed the application, then they dried my hair and everything was fine (it is worth mentioning that another lady also started to dry it, that is, in total 3 people got their hands on it), they ironed my hair and supposedly it turned out fine, until the next day I washed my hair (after 24 hours and without holding my hair at all) and it turned out like this (photo below) I didn't even know It straightened 50%, it was practically the same as how I brought it. I complained and they gave me the guarantee solution, that is, to do the straightening again, but already with mistrust for clear reasons I did not want to, I asked for a refund and first they told me yes, it happened over the weekend and I did not receive a response, until the following Monday and they told me that they did not do refunds, only the guarantee. So now I'm left with ugly hair and no money back, I don't recommend going there for hair procedures at all
