Pity service, Pity treatment, they sent me a totally different product than advertised, and for the return they treat you horrible, more than 2 weeks to return my money or to ask for something else in return. They take care of their time and especially their money

Everything I have ordered has been fine and worked perfectly. They even sell some refillable capsules for Dolce coffee makers, which are much better than Amazon's and at less than half the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuimos a Interlomas a buscar el lugar en físico, ya que en línea ha recibido muchas quejas y resulta que no existe, tienen una oficina pero no es como tal un local donde puedas comprar... Así que supongo todo debe ser el línea y pues a mí me gusta comprar las cosas en físico para que no haya temas a la hora de recibir el producto. Deberían informar esto a las personas para que su tienda sea solo en línea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré unas disque cajas para guardar zapatos que no importa como las armes siempre quedan chuecas, las tapas que vienen con estás "cajas" ni siquiera le quedan, intenté ponerle los zapatos sin la tapa pero no aguantan el peso y se abren por abajo ? les mando mensaje al WhatsApp para devolución o cambio y me dejan en visto, les llamo por teléfono no contestan o cuelgan de inmediato, ya les envié correos y nada ni una respuesta de su parte y eso que sí están en línea, pésimo el servicio parecía algo bueno porque además es una empresa mexicana quise confiar y arriesgarme porque me parecían buenos sus articulos y las entregas rápidas, incluso el repartidor fue un mentiroso! ? Me dijo que el las había comprado y eran muy buenas que no me iba a arrepentir y me fui con la idea de creerle ? realmente pésimo! no caigan y gasten su dinero en esto, investiguen antes de comprar y lean las otras reseñas, nunca vuelvo a comprarles!.?

Hice mi pago completo al recibir tres de seis o o siete productos y en su página dice que recibiría el resto el día 29 pasado y luego aparece como entregando y no lo he recibidoemarqué a su número y no contestan mi pedido faltante es 399444 , te mandan solo una parte y tienes que pagar como si hubieras recibido el total de los productos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré solo 10 piezas influenciada por los comentarios que decían ser de mala calidad entre otras cosas. Primeramente las armó un NIÑO de 12 AÑOS ?. No juzgo a quien no pudo armarla. Lleva un poco de tiempo, sin embargo si resisten y quedan perfectamente cuadradas. Las recomiendo ampliamente, para mí fue más cómoda la tapa de manera contraria. Pediré las que me faltan y no se dejen influenciar de todo lo que la gente comenta, todos tenemos otras capacidades y quizá armar es la mía.
I bought only 10 pieces influenced by comments that claimed to be of poor quality among other things. They were first put together by a 12 YEAR OLD BOY ?. I do not judge who could not put it together. It takes a bit of time, however if they resist and are perfectly square. I highly recommend them, for me the lid was more comfortable in the opposite way. I will ask for the ones that I am missing and do not be influenced by everything that people say, we all have other capacities and perhaps putting together is mine.
