★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una verdadera decepción el proceso de entrega de un departamento, primero por la mala experiencia con el banco, pero que al final también es culpa de la constructora por no revisar a quien acuden, segundo por el pésimo personal con el que cuentan, groseros, mentirosos y patanes, lo peor de todo es que desde diciembre del año pasado ya firmamos escrituras y no han hecho la entrega y tanto los vendedores, la representante de la empresa y el supuesto jefe Pedro Herrera no ha dado la cara ni una sola vez, lleva en una junta desde noviembre del 2017 y supongo que no ha terminado porque cada que hay que contactarlo sigue ahí, aunado a eso y de tener con documentos que el inmueble ya debería de estar entregado hay un notario que lo avala con documento firmado en mano, y además el banco ya me está descontando mi cuarto mes, creen que uno es pendejo pero ya basta, no porque el dueño sea un político esto se va a quedar así, si bien el banco tiene responsabilidad a quien entregue mi documentación en tiempo y forma fue a GAP así que mucho ojo con quien esté interesado en comprar.

Chinguen asu madre literal y nada mas espero que me entreguen el departamento y le parto su madre en serio gente no traten con esta gente son un asco de empresa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los departamentos los entregan en tiempo y forma, tengo uno de esta constructora están bien hechos y buena distribución, por el precio estos departamentos son pequeños y NO son para familias de 4 o 5 personas , el departamento es ideal para una persona o pareja, alomucho y sacrificando mucho espacio podria ser para pareja con un bebe.
