no saben lo que venden tienen un centro segun eso venden cosas de las cuales no tienen refacciones mi equipo tiene mas de tres meses ahii..
y aun no hay piezas para el

Es una pena que algunas marcas dejen que estos centros de servicio se encarguen de sus garantías.

No sé cómo algunas marcas pueden confiar en este establecimiento para sus garantías.

Una cosa no tiene que ver con la otra y Garma devolvió el equipo sin reparar y argumento que es daño por negligencia del usuario cuando son piezas inaccesible y que ellos fueron los únicos en abrir el equipo. Pésimo servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y atención. Ingresé un equipo y ya tiene dos meses que no me lo pueden entregar, cada semana me juran que lo tendrán listo y sólo hago viajes por nada.
Mi equipo me lo tienen todo golpeado cuando yo lo ingresé bien, estaba liberado y me lo querían regresar casado con Movistar, pedí la garantía por una falla que tenía y le han provocado muchas más.
Nunca contestan el teléfono, completa falta de seriedad y profesionalismo. Son unos irresponsables!!!!
