Pesimo lugar, mal servicio y mala atención, solo fui por una refacción y una llanta para mí bicicleta y lo primero que hicieron es tratarme mal y decirme que no había y que ya iban a cerrar, prefiero ir a otro lado

Fui hoy muy decidida por una bicicleta plegable y el personal (Carmen y un muchacho) me atendieron super bien. Resolvieron todas mis dudas, y de hecho ya cambié de opinión, gracias a ellos sé que no me conviene la plegable. Mil gracias.

Como me hubiera gustado leer las malas recomendaciones que tiene este establecimiento antes de acudir a comprar. No sé cómo sigue abierto, los conmino a meter queja en Profeco para que lo clausuren. También tuve una experiencia muy mala, pésimo servicio y nula garantía en sus productos. Compré una cámara para mí bicicleta un viernes, la coloqué el sábado y usé el domingo con la sorpresa de que me quedé a media rodada porque dicho producto salió defectuoso (se le desprendió la válvula). Acudí el lunes inmediatamente a reclamar y no respetaron ninguna garantía, argumentando que en "llantas y cámaras no hay garantía", cuando es evidente que el desperfecto es defecto de fabricación. Estoy metiendo queja en la Profeco también, espero puedan hacer lo mismo.

Lamentablemente mi experiencia con éste establecimiento no ha sido del todo buena. En octubre compre una bici, soy de la idea de comprar en un establecimiento con reconocimiento, ya que si algo falla existen las "garantias". Bueno pues la bici mi hijo casi no lanudo por cuestiones de salud , pero las veces que la uso me comento que rechinaban ambos frenos, que el desviador estaba chueco , y los cambios de atrás se estaban enchufado, tomamos la decisión de llevarla a servicio. El dia que la lleve la deje y me indicaron que cualquier cosa se comunicaran conmigo. 3 días después llame para verificar respuesta y me indicaron que ya estaba. Hoy acudo y me salen con que se cambio una pieza y que debía pagar, a lo que respondieron que en ningún momento me habían indicado que de haría cambio de algo y tendría costo, la persona que me atendió, como que amaneció de mal humor solo dijo que le cobraría a la empleada por no decirme, le pedí a mi hijo la recibiera y checar, le sugirieron darse una vuelta , lo hizo y al regresar indicó que no frenaba, se le comentó a la empleada de cabello rosa y le pidió al otro empleado la checar, obviamente si no saben usar una bici,no sabrán que en realidad hay falla, giro la llanta y uso frenos, le pedí se subiera y avanzara con ella y checar pero dijo que no podía, así es que le indique a la empleada de cabello rosa y nuevamente con mal actitud dijo que la dejará, le pedid que en la copia de mi ticket me pusiera que la bici se quedaba a revisión y que ingresaba por inconformidad del cliente, dijo que no que solo así la dejara..le pedí su nombre y me lo negó, de pedí me firmará la hoja y tampoco accedió, puso un sello pero no quiso poner ni fecha, ni nombre ni firma. También le solicite que en esa hoja me pusiera que el costo de lo que se le había realizado no lo pagaría Yo, ya que como ella indicó anteriormente no leonina a pagar, tampoco quiso poner leyenda, así es que la bici se quedó y con mis dudas, y que quien me va a garantizar que en realidad se quedo tal cual la dejamos y con el cambio de la pieza que se le hizo . Ojalá el dueño, gerente o responsable.pudiera atender esta situación, antes de involucrar a otra institución. (PROFECO).
