★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience in san Miguel, we asked if service was still available at 8:35 the waiter asked the manager and he said yes, then asked we follow the waitress only to have her show us our way out because kitchen was closing soon at 9, I understand that but why would the manager even say yes in the first place. So disrespectful & rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No host/hostess at the door. It took over an hour for it food to arrive and when it did they got one order wrong and brought the app out with the meal. The shrimp app was all hot pepper and impossible to eat for both of us at the table. The order that was wrong took thirty more minutes to come and was a very small portion. Our light at our table didn't work. We received no apology for the delay in food or wrong order.
Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible! Upon ordering they didn’t have four items we wanted off the bat. We settled for a different cut of meat, then a few minutes later the manager comes out with a tray of raw steaks, giving us a sob story why they didn’t have what we had settled for. So we settled on a rib-eye. We asked for it medium and it came out raw! We asked the waiter if he could please take it to get cooked a few more minutes on each side and he refused. He gave us a hot skillet and told us it would cook on its own. Well it never did. It was cool outside so the skillet cooled down right away and left us with a raw steak. We paid closed to $100 usd and this service was unacceptable.
