Best meal I’ve had in the last 12 months

Absolutely delicious and OUTSTANDING service!!! And all for a very low price…my entire meal (along with two well made cocktails) was less than my entree alone would have cost in the U.S. I had the fried octopus for an appetizer and the tenderloin in a red wine sauce on top of mashed potatoes for my entree. I highly recommend this restaurant for a night of fine dining while in Puerto Peñasco. Be certain to ask for Angel…he was FANTASTIC!!!

I've been to almost every fancy steakhouse in Phoenix/Scottsdale and this restaurant is every bit as good. Highly recommended.

The service is excellent with caring, kind and helpful wait staff. We enjoy this place and bring friends anytime we come to town now. Not everything is traditional to what you find in the states so please remember you're in another country and slcertain things may be a little different. The atmosphere, wine selection and food will keep us coming back for sure.

Took over an hour for our food, when it came it was too undercooked then they charred it trying to hurry and fix it....its a nice place, but way too expensive for the food we ate there. And very greasy also, I was surprised. I could spend less at a Steakhouse locally for twice the food and much better quality!
D	Debra Slagle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whether sitting at the bar or at cozy corner table, at Garufa the ambiance shouts classy. Some of the best steaks we’ve had in Penasco or the US. The butterfly ribeye is enough for two generous portions and so tender you almost don’t need one of the large steak knives provided or any knife! Order a little less done than you would normally because the steak will continue to cook on the hot griddle on which it is served. Sides are scrumptious and diverse. Salads are large enough to split. Wonderful wine selection. The price point is a bit higher that typical Penasco, but the food is well worth it. For private parties, there’s a small room and a larger room. Make a reservation. Enjoy!
