Called on a Friday and was told to call back on Tuesday as Dr Garza was out until then. I called everyday since Tuesday and was given every excuse in the book as to why I couldn't speak with him. I was even told by Itzel, the receptionist, that she never gave him my message. I then speak with Dr Gabby today to be told that I have to come into the office to speak with the Dr Garza. I live in California and there is no way I'm traveling out of the country for a consultation that can be had over the phone. That is ridiculous. I guess this clinic caters to who they want to cater to. Thanks a lot for making my dreams come true. What a joke!

We went to Dr Garza in March 8th 2017 and started IVF right away , we had all of our labs and ultrasound in had that helped the process. We drove from Florida to Dr office did our IVF took 3 weeks and now we are pregnant 5 weeks now ! We would like to thank a special person she knows who she is for giving us all the details we needed to know before making the drive and thank Dr Garza for our positive results! It was a awesome experience different experience but the results paid off even though it was in Mexico we just thought positive thoughts and prayers. Thank you Dr Garza for our bundle of joy or Joy's ? .?

Don´t try Dr.Garza´s clinic (Vida in Matamoros)..he doesn´t offer any warranty (even if you pay 3 or 4 procedures) ...and with good quality blasts...also you´re not given a written description and photo of your embryos before transfer...You´re never given an appointment (to speak to Dr. Garza or for a procedure...so you´re told to be at the clinic at 8 am..and by that time, there are 5 couples or 8 persons before you..so you have to wait perhaps 4 or more hours for your turn. Not good coordination between lab, Dra.Gaby and Dr. Arturo, and the receptionist Dulce it´s always trying to confuse you to charge you more and it´s rude, and gives you a tiny receipt (not an invoice)...there are a lot of things going on, at the end it didn´t worked for us, spent a much more money and precious time in strange samples and vaccines...and finally changed clinic in Mexico, they told me there was nothing wrong with me or my husband (after 3 years went by with all negative resultus in Vida Clinic) and worked in the first try...(twins) with this new clinic. Save your money, stress and hassle.

I've done 6 IVF'S with Dr. Garza and I'm done..... I DONT RECCOMEND THIS DOCTOR. There is so many negative things. The reason I kept going was to finish the frozen sperm that was left. I asked for the sperm and they would not give it to me. Anyways I started about 2yrs ago. The very 1st treatment I started the girl Dulce robbed me, over charged me over 200dlls. It happened couple times until I found out the medication prices and I told the Dr. And never received a refund. I should of got the hit on the 1st treatment . Then the girl Ari is just as bad as Dulce... Her attitude and compassion towards patients is unacceptable. She thinks she is a Dr. And even says she's like Dr. Garza. I would ask to be seen by him and she would say I'm like your seeing the doctor and after I told her no she wasn't, It went left.. This last treatment went horribly wrong.. The doctor told me he would not charge me his part only the meds and anesthesia since I've done this many times. Well that was not true I still paid. Which his part was 500dlls. LADIES THIS CLINIC IS NOT OPEN ON SUNDAYS. I was supposed to take my trigger shot on Friday and have my retrieval on SUNDAY but since they are not open they gave me an extra day of med and it fried my follicles which they over matured my follicles. They had extracted 10 and only 1 made it. On day of retrieval I woke up on a pile of blood and told them that was not normal.. the girls insisted it was ok and that every body reacts different . I was like NO I've done this plenty of times and this has never happened. I crossed over to the United states and went directly to my doctor and I had lost over a pint of blood. Well if you want to go to a safe and responsible IVF CLINIC check out INGENES they are WELL ORGANIZED and dont treat you like animals and give you your privacy when doing these procedures. Not like Dr. Garza he puts all the women in one room waiting for your turn. Plus the money that you will end up spending at dr Garza will be a waste. It sounds affordable but the long run it will cost you a whole lot. I've spent almost 20k And he doesn't give you the attention you need... He has too many patients that he cant keep up. That's the problem when we here a SALE we run to buy and that was MY BIGGEST MISTAKE. RUN FROM THIS OFFICE. Plus one more thing ... everytime you ask to speak to the doctor they give you the runaround.

Great experience with this doctor. I informed myself first before making the choice to go to him. Remember it’s a different country that doesn’t follow the same rules as the USA. I did my research so I was prepared when I got there. The staff treated me the way I treated them. In a respectful manner. Like in any office the wait time is long but it is at a first come first serve basis. I would make sure to get there early to get out of there early. Any questions I had they answered. Remember if you have a language barrier it way cause some issues that are beyond the staffs control. Thanks to Dr. Garza I have my twin girls that just turned 5 months. No complications during pregnancy considering I am in the heavier side and am Diabetic. Delivered at 36 weeks. Perfectly healthy, no NICU time. We all went home at the same time. For those wondering about errors made with either sperm or egg. That happens in the USA also, but let me tell you one of my twins looks exactly like me and the other looks exactly like her father. Very greatful for this Doctor!

I have been trying to get pregnant for more than 20 years and i went to lots of clinics and doctor nothing works but thank GOD i found doctor Garza my first IVF cycle i end up with twin boys. He is not only a good doctor but good person .

Great experience! I have had IVF 12 times in the USA but I feel just as safe at Dr Garza’s clinic. They do everything from ICSI, PICSI, PGS testing. It’s a full service clinic equally as good (if not better) than high dollar clinics in the states. Things are more casual over there, so no appointments are required, it’s first come, first serve. I grew to prefer that. The staff are incredibly sweet, but the language barrier is a bit of an issue. I do wish they had a few more bilingual employees, but it wasn’t as big of a deal, as one might think. You absolutely can’t beat the price. $2900 for a full cycle is incredible, plus the huge savings on meds down in Mexico! My med protocol in the USA cost $4800, while in Mexico, the meds cost $1000. So many more reputable clinics throughout Mexico... You get what you pay for here. If you're already willing to spend your money on IVF, invest a little more going elsewhere and actually being treated like a patient, not just a number. With this clinic, everyone gets the same treatment protocol no matter the diagnosis. You don't see the actual doctor until retrieval/transfer, they are horrible at communication and the office is extremely outdated. I am one of many people who had a very poor experience here. I finally made the choice to explore other clinics in the Monterrey area and had a successful treatment my first try at Ingenes. I had access to my doctor AND his nurse 24/7 if need be. Treatment was personalized to me and the entire staff was so kind and caring. Buyer beware with Dr. Garza's clinic.
