Tienen muchas deficiencias, tardan horas en contestar, el código que tiene para quejas no funciona, el supuesto jefe Angel Chávez no resuelve ninguna queja. Ya llevo dos meses quejándome de un cargo que hicieron en mi consumo y nadie lo puede resolver. Lo que haré es llamar a la Profeco.
Terrible service I gave him a star just to give his opinion but he doesn't really deserve any. They have many deficiencies, they take hours to answer, the code they have for complaints does not work, the supposed chief Angel Chávez does not resolve any complaints. I have been complaining for two months about a charge that they made in my consumption and nobody can solve it. What I'll do is call Profeco.
