Lo peor fue que ni siquiera tuvieron la delicadesa de avisarme, tuve que llamar para ver que pasaba y fue entonces cuando me enteré que no vendrían. La calidad en el servicio se construye con honestidad y compromiso; los llamé por los buenos comentarios pero fue una decepción total.
Terrible service, lack of organization and commitment. Due to a change of route they canceled and that is pure informality. The worst thing was that they didn't even have the delicacy to let me know, I had to call to see what was going on and that's when I found out they weren't coming. The quality of the service is built with honesty and commitment; I called them for the good comments but it was a total disappointment.
