I spoke 3 times in one day and they never sent me the gas. I called the next day to complain and the operator repeatedly insulted me. Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo para confirmar a quienes tengan dudas del servicio 24H. Si tienen servicio, acudí día lunes por la madrugada siendo las 3:50 a.m.
Recomiendo pitar/ gritar, y esperar a que salga el servidor en turno ya que pueden estar dentro de las oficinas, entendible por la inseguridad. Muy buen servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una decepción su atención al cliente, hace 6 años inicie a comprar con ellos y me vendieron un tanque nuevo, nunca me volvieron a dar un tanque nuevo, ahora que hice mi pedido me dicen que no pueden cambiarmelo porque esta picado aun sabiendo que ellos mismos me lo vendieron, mostré mi ticket de la última compra y el repartidor me dijo que si me lo cambiaban y en la base me dijeron que no están cambiandolos, si compran un tanque nuevo siempre exijan uno igual para que no les hagan esa canallada.
Their customer service is disappointing, 6 years ago I started shopping with them and they sold me a new tank, they never gave me a new tank again, now that I made my order they tell me that they cannot change it because it is chopped even knowing that they themselves They sold it to me, I showed my ticket from the last purchase and the delivery man told me that if they changed it for me and at the base they told me that they are not changing them, if they buy a new tank always demand one just like it so they don't do that dirty trick to them.
