Tardan horas en llegar, tienes que estar hable y hable para que te lo manden, (hablé en la mañana y hasta la tarde me lo mandaron), entregan el tanque a la mitad o menos (siempre dura de 5 a 6 meses y ahora solo duró un mes), se les comento que vinieran a revisar por lo sucedido con el tanque y la señorita que me contestos dijo "Yo no se, yo solo soy la que responde el teléfono", se le pregunto varias veces que se podía hacer al respecto y dijo que si quería podía mandar a un técnico hasta mitad de semana (es decir, debía esperarme 5 días) y no era seguro que fuera ese día, ni que me solucionaran algo.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. They take hours to arrive, you have to be talking and talking to be sent to you, (I spoke in the morning and until the afternoon they sent it to me), they deliver the tank at half or less (it always lasts from 5 to 6 months and now only lasted a month), they were told to come and check on what happened with the tank and the lady who answered me said "I don't know, I'm just the one who answers the phone", she was asked several times what could be done at respect and said that if I wanted, I could send a technician until midweek (that is, I had to wait 5 days) and it was not certain that it would be that day, or that they would solve something for me.
