Me cambian un tanque que que sale defectuoso al poco tiempoal pedir otro cambio y la respuesta del supervisor fue que era mi responsabilidad al.cambiarme ellos el tanque que si se salía defectuoso no me lo podían cambiar osea que yo tenía que revisar antes de recibir estoy de acuerdo en un mueble pero en un tanque de gas no se supone que por ser producto de alto riesgo ellos no cuentan con un sistema de seguridad. Que confianza me ofrecen ???? Ninguna . Así que ahora tendré que comprar un tanque nuevo por seguridad propia. No merecen ni una estrella NOTA: Y es el segundo tanque que me cambian . Si lo tenía en uso y me dicen no sirve tiene fuga osea ellos ya saben que porquería traen . Very bad experience regarding the service of the receptionist and the route supervisor. Y como en todos los proveedores de gas, hay que ir directamente a cargar a la estación para que te den los kilos exactos y no menos. Ya tuve una mala experiencia con la pipa cuando me cargaron el gas en mi domicilio, lo reporte y nunca me dieron una solución.
