Así que Tenia 7 años con ellos pero esa experiencia me Hace cambiarlos para siempre... Lastima q no se Preocupen por sus clientes Bad service ... 3 consecutive days asking for gas and I don't arrive ... The address is not confusing or anything like that ... So I was 7 years with them but that experience makes me change them forever ... Too bad no They care about their customers

Después de todo esto me retiro como cliente de esta empresa. Cuando por fin contestan prometen que "ahora si" ya van a programarlo. Que su horario es hasta laa 10 de la noche. La atención telefónica es cortante y seca. Otro cliente perdido por su negligencia y falta de respeto al cliente. Nada cuesta decir "no hay gas" o "tenemos mucho trabajo pero vamos a programarlo para tal o cual día" y ya sabe uno a qué atenerse. Five days of waiting, calling daily in the morning and in the afternoon and it is time that the blessed pipe does not come. Another client lost due to negligence and lack of respect for the client. Claro que cuando reclamamos ni siquiera nos hicieron caso, hay que revisar que los tanques estén sellados.
