★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cada vez es peor el servicio de la entrega, nunca cumplen, hacen lo que quieren, si se solicita con un día antes no llegan tal parece que el cliente debe estar a la hora que ellos deciden.
The delivery service is getting worse, they never comply, they do what they want, if requested a day before they don't arrive, it seems that the client must be at the time they decide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo! No hay 0 estrella? Son groseros y creen q debes estar a la hora q digan, ni 5 mnt mas o menos, me hicieron esperar todo el día para que al final dijeran que no les dio tiempo! Voy a pagar el servicio, no me están regalando NADA ?
Appalling! There is no 0 star? They are rude and they think you should be there when they say, not 5 minutes more or less, they made me wait all day so that in the end they said they didn't have time! I will pay the service, they are not giving me ANYTHING ?

Mi abuela tuvo un contrato con estas lacras durante 15 años y me di cuenta la robaban (le cargaba menos gas de lo que debería casi un 30%menos) hasta hace unos días. Al confrontar a los de la pipa se fueron, llame a la empresa e hicieron una disque investigación qué no termino en nada.
Siguen llamando después de un mes para preguntar si queremos gas, ya se les comento que no queremos más su servicio y siguen insistiendo.
Esto lo pongo en maps ya qué es el único lugar donde se pueden poner los comentarios de clientes.
Esto lo voy a poner en todos los lugares que estén marcados con el nombre de la empresa para que los posibles clientes sepan a lo que se enfrentan.
¡¡POR SU BIEN NO CONTRATEN CON ELLOS !!!
NEVER contract with them!
My grandmother had a contract with these blots for 15 years and I realized they stole it (I was charging her less gas than I should have almost 30% less) until a few days ago. When confronting those with the pipe they left, I called the company and they made a disque investigation that did not end in anything.
They keep calling after a month to ask if we want gas, they have already been told that we do not want their service anymore and they continue to insist.
I put this on maps since it is the only place where customer comments can be placed.
This I will put in all the places that are marked with the name of the company so that potential customers know what they are facing.
FOR THEIR GOOD DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THEM !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Necesitó cancelar un contrato en un edificio administrado, en el servicio al cliente por teléfono no contestan, en el WhatsApp tampoco y el correo manda error, aparentemente no existe nadie que pueda ayudar, pésimo el trato al cliente , llevo 5 meses dando vueltas, siempre dan los mismos números de personas que no contestan.
He needed to cancel a contract in a managed building, they do not answer in customer service by phone, in WhatsApp neither and the mail sends an error, apparently there is no one who can help, the customer service is terrible, I have been going around for 5 months, always they give the same numbers of people who do not answer.
