Terrible service, poor treatment of both the people who answer the phone, and those who distribute the gas. AWFUL, AWFUL SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Robo descarado, es la primera vez que cargo con ellos pero definitivamente la ultima, a mi tanque de 120 litros le puse 40 y ni siquiera llego al 5 %, encima no me quisieron cobrar con tarjeta supuestamente por que el ticket se habia impreso mal. Les recomiendo no utilizar este servicio.
Shameless theft, it is the first time I charge them but definitely the last, I put 40 on my 120 liter tank and it did not even reach 5%, on top of that they did not want to charge me with a card supposedly because the ticket had been printed wrong. I recommend not using this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, uno tiene que estar marcando cada dos horas y nunca mandan el servicio. Hasta me quedé esperando todo el día en casa y teniendo cosas importantes que hacer, hasta faltar al trabajo y no siquiera te mandan el servicio.
Terrible service, one has to be dialing every two hours and they never send the service. I even stayed at home waiting all day and having important things to do, until I missed work and they didn't even send you the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El pasado 11 de marzo 2022 llamé a su línea telefónica para que me hicieran el cargo correspondiente a mi mes de sus servicios, sin embargo, al momento del cobro la mujer que me estaba dando el servicio de nombre ALONDRA ZEPEDA me realizó el cobro por un monto distinto desglosado de la siguiente manera:
$559.81 a 3MSI, dando un total de $1,679.32
$435.00, monto que yo debía ese mes, el cual se cubrió sin tema alguno.
Alondra me envió un correo con el supuesto reverso, confirmando que fue un error de ella pero que no podía hacer nada más por nosotros y que lo arregláramos con nuestro banco. Me percató que en dichas capturas que ella manda con el supuesto reverso y devolución dice que la fecha es una operación del 13 de enero del presente año. NADA QUE VER con su reverso
On March 11, 2022, I called their telephone line so that they could charge me for my month of services, however, at the time of payment, the woman who was giving me the service named ALONDRA ZEPEDA charged me for a different amount broken down as follows:

Alondra sent me an email with the supposed reverse, confirming that it was her mistake but that she couldn't do anything else for us and that we fix it with our bank. He visto que aunque cargue cantidades exactas el emdidor nunca lo refleja y justifican muchas cosas por el robo en cantidad que hacen. Me he cambiado de compañia y ahora es mucho mejor
Informal, Bad service and they do not supply the real amount. Even if you talk to them they don't come and you have to keep insisting. I have seen that even if you charge exact amounts, the emdidor never reflects it and they justify many things for the theft in quantity that they do. I have changed companies and now it is much better
