★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Filas largas, caras mal humoradas, excusas y perdida de tiempo. Eso caracteriza a esta empresa. Hice un último intento tratando de hablar con una persona en esta sucursal de un problema y aun peor que en el telefono. Mucha prisa para acabar conmigo y pasar al siguiente sin ninguna solución. Mi consejo: Evitense la fila y perdida de tiempo y vayan directo a profeco.
 Long lines, grumpy faces, excuses and wasted time. That characterizes this company. I made one last attempt trying to talk to a person at this branch about a problem and it was even worse than on the phone. A lot of hurry to finish me and move on to the next one without any solution. My advice: Avoid the queue and waste of time and go straight to prophecy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es amable, el servicio es rápido, si quieres realizar tu pago te van a dirigir al Oxxo, aquí no hay cajero automático, solo es atención al cliente, te pueden brindar la información de tu saldo, cuánto se tardan en reconectar el servicio, etc. Igual que la otra oficina que está sobre Ruiz cortinez, si quieres pagar mejor ve directamente a Oxxo y ahí aparece en su sistema cuando debes o puedes pagar por teléfono con tarjeta en la foto que agrego viene el número al cual llamar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malísimo el servicio, tenía medidor de prepago que era siempre una lata estar con la incertidumbre de si aún iba a poder hacer recargas, así que decidí cambiar por medidor normal, fui a esas oficinas de ruiz Cortines que si atienden bien para envolver al cliente, me dijeron que me harían al solicitud del cambio de medidor y que en 3 días me lo instalarían, paso semana y media y nada, llame por teléfono y me salieron con que no había ninguna solicitud de cambio de medidor, que tuvieron que darme un número o folio y pues no, nada me dieron. Ya que hice de nuevo la solicitud al cuarto día lo instalaron, dejaron una fuga y tuve que hablar para que la arreglaran, la persona que vino a ver lo de la fuga si fue muy amable y las personas que atienden por teléfono pero en las oficinas no, son gente mentirosa...
