De por sí inútiles y con la pandemia no hay oficinas para presentar una queja y en el teléfono nunca te contestan.
Apestan.
A disgusting service generates undue charges and they do not solve you, their only answer is that you pay for a service that they do not provide and they give you long to continue generating undue charges.
In and of itself useless and with the pandemic there are no offices to file a complaint and they never answer you on the phone.
They stink.

They have errors on their receipts and apart from everything they want to charge you for it, that's not having a mother.

Ya que tienes el servicio, te roban ellos el medidor, te hacen levantar un acta en el MP y después dicen que si lo retiraron ellos mismos...
Y mientras nadie te da la atención al cliente, ni mucho menos tienes gas, te siguen cobrando el servicio ??♀️
Si pueden evitarlo mejor...
It's a nightmare, they literally charge you for nothing.
Since you have the service, they steal your meter, they make you file a report at the MP and then they say that if they removed it themselves...
And while no one gives you customer service, let alone you have gas, they continue to charge you for the service ?? ♀️
