Bad service apart from the fact that they charge you more than they should, they disconnect the service with a favorable balance in your account and they still take time to reconnect

Terrible Service and they fraudulently invoice their clients, always, charging for more concepts that this Spanish company invents and that allows the federal government that does not defend consumers. GAS NATURAL (REPSOL) are true thieves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El recargar por targeta modo prepago es tan complicado andar haciendo pagos al banco y luego ir a las oficinas del gas a activar la targeta es mucha perdida de tiempo
Recharge by prepaid card is so complicated to make payments to the bank and then go to the gas offices to activate the card is a waste of time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ESTAN DANDO UN MAL SERVICIO. . SOLO TE INDICAN QUE LLAMES AL NUMERO DE EMERGENCIAS Y EN ESE NUMERO NADIE CONTESTA....FATAL Y LOS RECIBOS CADA MES MAS ALTOS EN UN CONSUMO INESISTENTE.
THEY ARE GIVING BAD SERVICE. . THEY ONLY TELL YOU TO CALL THE EMERGENCY NUMBER AND NOBODY ANSWERS THAT NUMBER....FATAL AND THE RECEIPTS ARE HIGHER EVERY MONTH IN A NON-RESISTENT CONSUMPTION.
