J	Jessica Martínez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No lo recomiendo la empresa Naturgy si es que así se le hace llamar empresa, todos sus departamentos al 01800 son deficientes, mi comprobante me lo hicieron erróneo, según me hicieron llamar cada 5 días para que corroborara mi factura y cosa que gastaba de mi tiempo casi media hora para que me contestara un operador telefónico, cada llamada pasaba con 3 a 4 personas, por cierto deficientes en sus actividades, y asi me tuvieron 2 meses hablando cada 5 días, cosa que hasta el dia de hoy nunca me corrigieron y me quitaron mi medidor, por falta de pago, pero no voy a pagar algo que esta erróneo. Es la empresa mas deficiente que he conocido. De calificación le daría - 10. Deplorables sus tiempos, atención y nisiquiera te contestan los correos.
