Llame a las 2 de la tarde para solicitar un cilindro ( ellos cierran a las 5 pm) Me hicieron el pedido y no me moví de mi domicilio. pasó una hora escuche el camión llegó y cambio el cilindro de un vecino y espere afuera a que terminará para que después cambiara el mío, al ver que se iba le grite y llame tu atención pero la persona no lo Notó. inmediatamente llame a las instalaciones cuando se perdía de mi vista. Les comenté que por radio le pidieran que se regresará. Su respuesta fue : "No se preocupe ya sale para allá ". son las 5 de la tarde ya cerraron y me dejaron sin hacer de comer y sin gas hasta el lunes. alguien que me oriente como puedo hacer la queja para que llegue a las últimas consecuencias.
