★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve que cancelar servicio porque no me supieron decir el nivel de servicio, y cuando marqué después de una hora de que lo solicité y no llegaban a entregar el cilindro me dijeron que 10 min más.
I had to cancel service because they couldn't tell me the level of service, and when I dialed an hour after I requested it and they didn't deliver the cylinder, they told me 10 more minutes.

They go 2 times that I ask for a service and after an hour and a half they call me to tell me that there is no service .... very bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO SERVICIO, se solicito el gas y después de dos horas y 20 minutos no sabían donde esta el conductor, la recepcionista poco empatica me comento que no tenia hora estimada de entrega... no entiendo a estas alturas no hay comunicación entre repartidores y call center, lo único que pedí era la hora estimada de entrega para saber si compraba comida.
PESIMO SERVICE, gas was requested and after two hours and 20 minutes they did not know where the driver is, the little empathic receptionist told me that he did not have an estimated delivery time ... I do not understand at this point there is no communication between delivery men and call center, all I asked was the estimated delivery time to see if I was buying food.

Les pedí consideradamente que se estacionaran en mi casa para no estorbar, y se estacionaron a 3 casas de mi casa, además de que la factura que me dieron esta 5 minutos atrasada, en la factura dice que se realizó a las 10:53 y eran las 10:58 , de hecho temo que hasta me hayan estafado
Terrible service!! I asked them considerately to park at my house so as not to get in the way, and they parked 3 houses from my house, in addition to the fact that the bill they gave me is 5 minutes late, on the bill it says that it was made at 10:53 and they were 10:58, in fact I'm afraid they even ripped me off
