About Gas Noel | Estación de carburación Insurgentes

Fue en septiembre de 1944 en la ciudad de León, Guanajuato, que el empresario visionario Don Carlos Gutiérrez Méndez fundó Gas Noel. Actualmente cuenta con más de 75 años de trayectoria.

Fue la primera compañía distribuidora de gas en el centro del país, una pionera y promotora de la distribución de gas en México que se extendió a lo largo del estado de Guanajuato, Los Altos de Jalisco, Aguascalientes y que sigue expandiéndose.

Gas Noel ha generado cientos de empleos y ha llevado calor a miles de hogares. Desde sus comienzos ha tenido como prioridad la calidad en la atención al cliente, lo que le ha permitido mantenerse como líder del sector en la región. Cuenta con las instalaciones más modernas, de mayor cobertura y capacidad en el centro del país.

Segun ella no la veia por la ventanilla tipo espejo pero claro que se ve . The charge of billing is disrespectful and not at all helpful. Request my invoice and I saw how gesturing mockingly for giving incomplete info. According to her I did not see her through the mirror-type window, but of course she can see it.

La peor experiencia, el pedido se hizo a las 10 am, al medio día tuve que llamar para verificar si el servicio se realizaria y me dijerón que no había tiempo estimado de entrega, a las 5 de la tarde volví a llamar y me dijerón que habían tenido que cambiar la unidad porque no entraba a la zona en la que estaba programado el servicio (es una calle de tres carriles) y la toma esta en la calle, me comentáron me regresarían la llamada, cuando me llaman me dicen que ya cerraron y que ya no hay servicio, que me pueden programar el servicio para el día siguiente a las 7 am, acepté y EL SERVICIO NUNCA LLEGO, llame nuevamente y me dicen que nunca se programo tal servicio, esto es ridículo, la srita Rebeca Telos (gerente) nunca a dado respuesta ya que según la operadora se le comentó lo sucedido. Reitero PÉSIMO SERVICIO. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Solicite el servicio 10am y llegó después de las 2 y todavía condicionan que esté afuera de mi domicilio esperando pq no pueden bajar a tocar el timbre y que no le pida a otra gasera. TERRIBLE SERVICE. They deny the service, the ones who answer the phone are super rude and do not offer solutions.
