★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Después de 2 hrs de que los llamé, aún cuando me aseguraron que tardarían 25 min, llamé para cancelar y no intentaron ni mínimamente ofrecer alternativa. Esto va para el Gerente de ventas, que conozca que su personal no tiene la mínima capacitación en atención al cliente.
After 2 hours of calling them, even though they assured me that it would take 25 min, I called to cancel and they did not even try to offer an alternative. This goes for the Sales Manager, who knows that his staff does not have the minimum training in customer service.
