C	Cristian Hdez Patlani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instalaciones descuidadas, buena atención del personal aunque no me respetaron la tarifa publicada en sus máquinas y adicional me cobraron 20 pesos, no es mucho pero no supe el porque de ello, es la primera vez que recargo mi tanque de gas de esta forma, veremos qué tanto me dura Neglected facilities, good service from the staff although they did not respect the published rate on their machines and they charged me 20 pesos, it's not much but I did not know why, it's the first time that I recharge my gas tank in this way, we'll see how hard is it

Y NUEVAMENTE NADIE LLAMA. MUY MALA ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE, YA QUE NADIE TE RESUELVE LA SITUACIÓN Y SE CONVIERTE EN TELEFONO DESCOMPUESTO. TENGAN CUIDADO, NADA RECOMENDABLE... TERMINAN ROBANDO Y QUE ERA LA PRIMERA VEZ QUE LES COMPRABA A GAS DE ORIENTE THEY FILLED MY STATIONARY TANK, I PAY WHAT THE MACHINE MARKED, BUT WHEN I REVIEWED MY PAYMENT PROOF, THERE WAS NO LONGER COINCIDENCE OF THE PAYMENT, WITH THE LITERS AND OR THE PERCENTAGE, TALK TO THE COMPANY SO THEY WILL CLEAR ME OF MY DOUBT AND THEY SENT ME TO THE PAYMENT WHICH IS JUST TRYING TO WRAP UP WITH HIS UNFUNDED COMMENTS THAT FOR HIM IF THE PAYMENT COINCIDED, LATER THE COMPANY TALKS TO ME JUST TO CONFIRM THE DEALER'S REPORT THAT EVERYONE HAD RESOLVED WHEN IT WAS NOT SO, THEY WERE TO SEND THAT SAME DAY TO THE SUPERVISOR TO REVIEW THE TANK TOGETHER WITH THE NOTE AND NOBODY ARRIVES, YOU TALK TO THE COMPANY TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED AND THE MISS THAT ANSWERED SAYS NOT KNOWING ANYTHING ABOUT THE SITUATION THAT WILL SEND THE REPORT TO ANOTHER DEPARTMENT FOR ACCOUNT CLARIFICATION AND THAT THEY WILL CALL YOU IN 20 MIN. AND AGAIN NOBODY CALLS. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, SINCE NOBODY RESOLVES YOUR SITUATION AND IT BECOMES A DECOMPOSED PHONE. BE CAREFUL, NOTHING RECOMMENDED ...
