Hable para quejarme y me negaron el servicio por la queja de incumplimiento. Son un asco Serious service I requested the stationary at 9 in the morning and did not arrive nor the next day. R	Ramadam Karim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy pedi un servicio de gas y terminaron aqui patrullas y policias hablando con el encargado de los departamentos e intentando entrar a la fuerza intimidando a las personas encargadas de los departamentos. Todo comenzo porque me surtieron el gas y nunca llego nada a mi gas estacionario, entonces me explicaron que los 50litros se habian quedado en la tuberia. Al final el repartidor cesar garcia me dijo que ese gas eventualmente iba a subir a mi cilindro, que para mañana ya iba a tener almenos un 14% de gas. A lo cual les dije que estaba bien pero que mañana iba a revisar y que ya que tuviera el gas les iba a pagar a lo cual me respondieron que tenia que pagarlo ya y que sino la señora martha barroso (la otra repartidora) iba a llamar a la policia. En ese momento me meti a mi departamento y llame directamente a la empresa a la que me respondieron amablemente, les conte lo sucedido y me dijeron que me iban a mandar al otro dia a un supervisor a revisar eso. Les dije que los repartidores me estaban amenazando con la policia a lo cual me dijo la señorita que ellos iban a marcar para decirles que lo resolviamos al otro dia. Pues los repartidores siguieron insistiendo con la policia hasta que entraron al domicilio luego de aproximadamente tres horas. Entonces ya baje, tuve que hablar con el policia prepotente que me decia ser abogado y para al final hablar por telefono con el supervisor a lo cual quedamos en resolver el problema el dia de mañana que venga un especialista a revisar lo que sucedio. Todas las personas del departamento se enteraron, el supervisor tuvo que lidiar con la policia y fueron tres horas para que al final la policia entrara a propiedad privada con amenazas de fiscalia. Todo un desastre. It all started because they supplied me with gas and nothing ever got to my stationary gas, so they explained to me that the 50 liters had been left in the pipe. In the end, the delivery man Cesar Garcia told me that this gas would eventually go up to my cylinder, that by tomorrow I would already have at least 14% gas. To which I told them that it was fine but that tomorrow I was going to check and that once I had the gas I was going to pay them to which they replied that I had to pay it now and that if not Mrs. Martha Barroso (the other delivery girl) was going to call to the police. At that moment I went to my department and called directly the company to which they responded kindly, I told them what happened and they told me that they were going to send me to a supervisor the next day to review that. I told them that the delivery men were threatening me with the police, to which the lady told me that they were going to dial in to tell them that we would solve it the next day. Well, the delivery men continued to insist with the police until they entered the home after approximately three hours. So I got down, I had to talk to the arrogant policeman who told me to be a lawyer and finally to speak by phone with the supervisor to which we agreed to solve the problem tomorrow for a specialist to come to review what happened. Everyone in the department found out, the supervisor had to deal with the police and it took three hours for the police to finally enter private property with threats from the prosecution. Quite a disaster.
