★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les he comprado por alguno años, sin embargo me han hecho esperar hasta 4hrs por un cilindro. Cuando he tenido la urgencia hago el pedido y veo pasar las camionetas de todas las otras compañías sin embargo me espero por respeto al pedido que ya hice para entonces con Gas 1. Me había resistido pero estoy empezando a comprar con otra compañía que llega en menos de una hora. Por otro lado estoy adquiriendo tanques pequeños para poderlos ir a recargar yo mismo sin tener que esperar. Hoy no me pude bañar pero tampoco podia seguir esperando, debía salir a mi trabajo. Hice el pedido desde las 6am que abren las oficinas y hasta las 8:30 seguían sin pasar.
I have bought them for a few years, however they have made me wait up to 4 hours for a cylinder. When I have had the urgency, I place the order and see the vans of all the other companies go by, however, I wait out of respect for the request that I already made with Gas 1. I had resisted but I am starting to buy with another company that arrives in less from one hour. On the other hand I am acquiring small tanks so that I can go to recharge them myself without having to wait. Today I couldn't take a shower but I couldn't keep waiting either, I had to go to work. I made the order from 6am that the offices open and until 8:30 they still did not pass.

Terrible phone service, they take time to supply and they can never link you to Tlaxcala, they give you another number so you can call again
