Es un trabajador dinámico y eficiente, pero parece que pierde la paciencia cuando tiene clientes uno tras otro. Cuando paré cerca de la estación despachadora, pregunté si ahí estaba bien, me contestó " le dije que ahí estaba bien", si eso dijo, yo no lo escuché. Cuando me bajé para quitar el tapón, dijo "a ver si no se cancela (la programación de la despachadora). Luego suspiró por frustración y fijo "ya se canceló).. Cuando le dije que el pago era con tarjeta, me pregunta "con qué tarjeta". No supe cómo responder pues no sabía si se refería a tipo de tarjeta o banco. Por lo que insistió pero más específico con impaciencia "de crédito o débito". Tres fallas de atención. Necesita ser capacitado y si no tiene la calidez y paciencia, pues que se dedique a otra cosa.
